Vallarta Pride: May 24-26, 2013

For a complete list of events, Click here.

At No Way José! we enjoy saying that like in all families, our family of friends consists of the straight, gay, kooky, eccentric, crazy and lovable characters that exist in every family – we may not all be alike, but we are all equal.
To celebrate the wonderful diversity we enjoy in Vallarta, the first annual LGBT “Vallarta Pride” event takes place this year. Join us for 3 days of music, beach parties, fashion shows, great restaurants and a parade. Of course there’s a parade!

Special Vallarta Pride Promo: Ask your Server, “How does No Way José! feel about gays?” When he answers, “We LOVE our Gays!” you get a free NWJ! keychain flashlight! Note: no need to be gay to play.

Make sure to visit the NWJ! stand during the closing fiesta on Sunday, May 26 in Lazaro Cardenas Park. We’ll have our world famous tamales available. If you haven’t tried them yet, don’t miss them. If you love tamales, you’ll LOVE our tamales. See you on Sunday after the Parade!

Restaurant Week May 15-31, 2013

Your Cocina de Amor proudly serves up another sure-to-please NWJ! slate of deliciousness for Restaurant Week 2013. Some of your NWJ! favorites started out as Restaurant Week options. Our Cream of Potato & Leek soup stayed on the menu when it first debuted on a past Restaurant Week menu. So come in and give it a try. Three courses. Three options in each course. All new.
tuito This year, the Secret of Tuito is just one of the three new entrees waiting for you to try. Roasted breast of chicken with a tamarind sauce on a bed of roasted potatoes and served with panela cheese and tomato slices with a cilantro sauce. Simply delicious.

Your Summer team

Summer season: the time of year when Vallarta starts to slow down and heat up. We’re on summer hours now, closing on Mondays, and have said hasta pronto to many of our family of friends going north for the winter.

For those of us that enjoy Vallarta in the summertime and are here all year, one of the best service teams in Vallarta stands ready to make sure you stay cool.

Luis Salinas, our general manager, has cocktail and happy hour specials and has an exciting surprise in store soon. “If you want to cool off in air-conditioned comfort and enjoy a snack and a cocktail, I know somewhere that you will feel right at home. Coming soon!”

Stay tuned for an exciting announcement on what we’ve got planned for the summer.
