Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Julie came to Puerto Vallarta in 2007. She left the corporate life in 2009 and started her next chapter.

José Alfredo Gonzalez Padilla
Born and raised in Mexico City in the celebrated colonia of Coyoacan, the home of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, José Alfredo defines first-class dining service.
With 25 years of experience serving guests in Mexico City, Acapulco, Ixtapa-Zijuantaneo, Cancun, and Puerto Vallarta, you feel like José Alfredo’s only client each and every time you visit No Way José!
One of Jose Alfredo's inspirations is his son, Roberto, living in Mexico City.
Vicente Montes
Born and raised in Penjamo, Guanajuato, Mexico, the home of breathtaking haciendas españolas, Vicente creates magic.
His original menus take guests beyond the expected Mexican experience. With 32 years of culinary experience, Vicente has honed his craft in kitchens such as Carlos O’Brian’s, Sr. Chico’s, Adobe Café, Le Bistro, Café des Artistes and most recently, The River Café. Vicente uses the freshest locally grown ingredients to create subtle yet distinctive flavors in dishes representing every region of Mexico.
Vicente, his wife Teresa and their 3 sons and 1 daughter have lived in Puerto Vallarta for 32 years.
